About Oakmount Equity

Oakmount Equity is a private investment company active across real estate, operating businesses and capital markets.

We invest our own capital and partner selectively with family offices, experienced operators and institutional relationships on real estate, business acquisitions and structured opportunities.

At our core, we are hands-on investors with over a decade of experience and involvement in more than $1.75 billion of closed industrial transactions as advisors and principals, deep experience in real estate finance and transaction stewardship, and a bias toward decisive action.
